December 2006, the Park Corporation of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the equipment and assets within
the plant. Park has been an instrumental partner in the start up of other success stories such as American
Axle Corporation of
Detroit, Michigan and South Charleston Stamping and Manufacturing (SCSM) of South Charleston,
West Virginia.
Park Corporation has established a capable team with John T. Wise as President and CEO of CSM (background being Chrysler, General Motors, Volkswagen, SCSM and Mayflower Vehicle Systems) a name familiar to many in the automotive and heavy truck community.
